The Story Of Love
« on: June 03, 2007, 01:07 PM »

Love is a story that ends up in pain
you may take a million chances, it all is the same
to some it's solace, to others a game.

Love is a splinter in the middle of your brain
only brings hurting and so much migraine
and it keeps on coming to drive you insane.

Starts with a smile and ends in a tear
leaves enough sorrow for the rest of your years
love is a vision that never gets clear.

Love is a battle fought all in vain
Today it's sunshine, tomorrow it's rain.
Love is a story, need I say it again?

@Ikamefa am definitely speaking from experience. I had a wonderful relation ship and my cousin, she had the best boyfriend in the world. Well, my own relationship collapsed because my girlfriend suddenly had the desire to have more experience outside (like she was applying for a job). And after we broke up, I was looking up to my cousin's relationship as a model of love, till you won't believe what happens. The guy died in a car crash!
So either way, it ends up in pain.

very good man, you really made the rhymes flow! longer verses would'a made it more appealing - still pretty good nonetheless!

@ Denex

It is not all love story that ends up in pain if you really take up wise chances,
and i quite agree with you to others it is a GAME and it can drive you insane if you do not control yourself.

Love is really a story be it positive or negative, the ones that are GAME are the ones that ends in tears,
lot of pains and leave enough sorrow for you to even love the genuine person becomes a problem.

Love is a vision that gets clear when you eventually meet the right person, then it would not be a battle fought in vain
Today sunshine, Tomorrow brighter sunshine, Love is great if loved and loved in return.
Need I say more, I don't think so.

At the end of the day,
one way or the other
it all does up in pain.
You're just yet to get there.
