has anyone else been experiencing connection problems with starcomms since last night?

The server stuff has been affecting me seriously o!Everyday by 11pm the thing just logs me off,so i have to wait again till 9pm to log on.The stuff is killing me.I've called their customer service,and they are like they are undergoing server upgrades.Me i know understand o!
