That is not an African Tribe.

Those are people from Papua New Guinea. The Country is situated in the pacific

above Australia and shares a land border to the right of Indonesia.

The picture of those men are not of Africa but Papua New Guinea which is close to Australia and New Zealand, and believe you me that most of Papua new guinea is a mordern society like naija complete with corruption and unemployment but the pictures you see here are in isolated regions and tribes.
