Hey, seems funny why I'm asking this, most people expect men to be men and not cry, i try to live this up but sometimes i just have to. Today is the 3rd annivesary of the death of a very good friend of mine and i remember crying that day. Really tried to hold it but i just couldnt. He was a very good person and everyone was shocked at his death.
All of us his closest friends were together and the girls were like women who just lost their husband and we the guys were trying to console them, it was really hard, saw my other friend (a guy) crying and thats when i lost it, let the tears just flow. Same thing happened at the funeral. Its really crazy but society expects the man to be a man and not show his emotions, although i believe that to a level, i don't expect a guy to be crying while watching a movie although i must confess i have been moved by some.
Another time i remember crying was when i thought my parents were getting separated. I couldnt believe it because we seemed to be the perfect family. I cried in private to God and He saw us through the turbulent times and we are still together as a happy family.
And to the girls reading this what do you feel about your man crying, some girls have said it shows weakness, others say it makes them love their man more because he trusts them enough to cry in front of them and it makes him even more appealing to them.
Different people have different views, whats yours?
