Nipost Ems Speedpost-thieves

I don't know if there is anybody or any top head that regulates the activities of some fraudulent people that calls themselves custom in this section of nipost -i have a package with them precisely a sony psp game console and chocolates sent to me by a friend i was not notified by nipost about it i eventually got a text message from my friend telling me the said package is with nipost i went there only to be insulted called a yahoo boy and i was billed roughly 18000 as custom duties to collect a sony psp they sell for 21000 here what kind of fraud is that i was delayed and they wouldnt release my package even when while standing a woman came in collected her laptops and said just 250 naira i am confused -do i have to year a suit to nipost so they wont think i am a yahoo boy because i want to recieve a package -does anyone know who i can report this issue to because i really don't know how i will be charged for a package whose shipping as already been said please i need help and information before they steal my package the second time again the first time i was not notified i was hoping they will bring it to my house and today when i asked about the first package they said its been returned by the render never got it back ,what is really happening to bribery and stuffs in this national carrier i hate nigerians for this always wanting to take advantage of people please help me-08025899379, or 08054647601 trusttomola@gmail.com
