1. Please what can you do for me to enable me access my stock online since I already have a cscs account through you. All my efforts to open the form you sent to me has been meeting a brick wall since I could not open them on my system.

please how can you be of help.i have register on cscsonline.i have even being sent sms saying that my trade alert have being activated.But i have not be able to access my account online, even after series of attempt.whatdo u think is the problem?what would u advise me to do?
it is important i hear from you.i have stock i have bought from the secondary through cashcraft but still encounter this problem.

please work closely with yor account officerin cahscraft. CSCS online and Trade alert are two diferent products. You hav to ask your accounjt officer to kinldly help in knowning the status of your cscsonline application for if you had submitted te offline 2nd form (online processing notification form) to CSCS through your broker. Your broker is to sign and stamp this forma nd return to you fr submision o exchange or he/she submits on your behalf.

i have some questions for you, im assuming u might have answered some in previous posts but still
1. i tried getting a cscs account, i was told i need a broker, i tried a broker he said i had to have an amount before i could open i, do you have the same practice?
2. i have downloaded your form, what is chn number and shareholder type?
3. how do i get d form to you when i fill the form and what are the requirements?
will definately call y asap but will appreciate a reply to this
