That friend of yours needs an urgent medical attention, he may be suffering from a disease called Haemorrhoids.
I will only advice him to try as much as possible to visit his Doctor and complain immediately because Loosing blood constantly like that may be dangerous.

he's suffering from haemorrhoids, nothing more. he should stop sugar intake, soft drinks and his food should not be hard 2 ds will not strain the anus when hes passin out excreta

Actually what your friend has is first degree haemorroids(pile). he shld be taking more of vegetables and fruits, whole grain foods are also good.
For now there is no particular treatment for pile but a Doctor will give u a better advice.He shld see one
