Paris Hilton's Jailhouse Reality Check

No matter what one thinks of Paris Hilton, heiress to the Hilton Hotel empire, she is impossible to ignore.  Famous for her home-made sex tapes, for flashing her vagina to the world's press corps and for leading paparazzi wolf-packs from one hollywood party to the next, Paris was beginning to remind one of the late Princess Diana in her zeal to be seen to be having the time of her life as publicly as possible, and it seemed inevitable that our favourite little rich girl would get her reality check sooner or later.

Arrested for driving with a suspended license after repeatedly being booked for drunk driving, a hysterically sobbing Paris Hilton was handed a 45 day vacation in the LA county jail VIP wing by an unsympathetic judge.   Do you think Paris Hilton got a fair deal with her current jail-house sojourn, or do you think that she got off lightly and ought to have been send to break rocks in Siberia for 7 years ?
