I hate guys that think like this Angry Angry Angry

So did you marry her as your chef or wife Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry

Why don't you marry a village girl then

No problemo. I havent read anywhere where it is said that cooking is a skill reserved only for village girls.  Grin
I just want a normal family where the kids don't have to depend on mcdonalds every day to stave off hunger. If it takes a village girl/chef to achieve that then so be it. BTW i cook very well too so don't assume guys who want their wives to cook are simply looking for slaves.

I don't know whether these women are working on behalf of McDonalds,KFC,e.t.c .Its at the very core of feminity, the ability to cook up a meal.Women may find the odd husband who doesn't mind her inability to cook. However, most men will rather prefer that women know how to cook.

You women shouldn't listen to this pathetic adulteration of "women liberation" .Are you also liberated from going into the kitchen? Many women combine a working life with the ability to cook.A working life is no substitute for cooking

From Davidylanall the feminazism starts and ends in cyberspace. Thank God for anonymity.   In real life a woman who can't cook is a liability! Women go on and on about their men must have money, must be a house, must be trustworthy, must be faithfull bla bla bla. The minute you simply ask that your woman be able to boil rice in return all hell is let loose.

Am i hearing folks advocating we hire a cook? Why don't we just hire a wife too so its 50:50. She can't cook, she doesnt consider her space permanent. Chikena!

Thank you my brother, if I'm getting convinced that they all had not been joking since the beginning of this thread then  I think these ladies need real enlightment, what's this world turning to? A woman who is happy because she does not know how to cook and does not want to learn!

@Razorr
That is not realistic! Financial issues will be dealt with separately from chores at home. Just because you cook does not give you the right not to participate in paying the bills.  Angry

Okay, how about your husband suggests the following: "you don't want to do the cooking, then let's hire a chef and we both pay for the chef.

Would you prefer that? Don't forget that this arrangement might not favor many women because (according to many feminists) on the average men still earn more than women.

Trying to muddle-up financial and home-keeping issues is not realistic.

The woman cooking for the family is very realistic!  Grin

Classic feminazi way of thinking. You can see the anti-men character of that line.

I pray no man marries a woman like this - this smacks of bitterness, selfishness, arrogance and senseless pride. Wow! The man goes hungry just because he asked the woman to cook. She cooks, feeds the children but not the husband. Na wa oooo! We were considering those that can't cook and unwilling to learn, until this one came up with a different, very wicked dimension - cook for only the kids.  Sad

Rich boy, if my husband says we should split the money for the chef, then i'll tell him we should do it on a ratio basis of 2:1. That is, if he earns 20,000 naira and I earn 10,000 naira and we have to pay the chef 1000 naira monthly, then he will pay 667 naira, while I'll pay 333 naira!

Chikena!  Grin

una too talk sef, lets see how many of these women will dare walk into their marriages and tell their husbands to go hit Dunkin donuts for breakfast every morning. Notice how the "feminazi" wannabes are mainly unmarried girls/women. The married ones are too smart to buy into all these "am i a village girl/chef" nonsense.

Even the white girls they are trying to copy are busy struggling to learn to cook your african dishes to keep their african boyfriends!

@ richyblack,
What else do you expect an unmarried girl to say? Its all part of the charade, so much noise making about 50-50. Let them marry and start crying about 50-50 first then we can take them seriously.  Grin

How can you cook for your children and refuse to cook for your husband, insisting it must be 50-50? Does it make economic sense to cook for your children and expect your husband to go cook his own separate pot just because u must maintain this borrowed western archaic idea of women liberation?
