Pfizer's name has cropped up again in Nigeria's History as questions are being raised about:
1) why the drug TROVAN was tested without approval of the Minstry of Health or any government agency 2)why the victims were not duly informed that they were being used as lab rats. 3)the reason for selecting Nigeria as the best venue for the testing of this deadly antibiotic 4)if Pfizer has done anything to ameliorate the suffering of those disabled or apologised for those killed. 5)whether Pfizer deserves to be sued by the Nigerian government despite the fact that these drugs would have saved the victims' lives if the experiment had been successful. 6) why the Nigerian government is seeking monetary compensation in billions of dollars rather capital punishment on the individuals that perpetuated this crime.
