I worked with Nestle for 5 months after my graduation. I left because I had to go for my Youth Service. I'm still trying hard to get another placement with them. A whole lot of things work right at Nestle. They have very sound HR practice. I'm currently working in a Telecoms coy n I kip comparing their HR wit Nestle. U r sure of regular Training (both on the job and  off the job). If u now your onions well, u will get steady promotion. Another beautiful thing about Nestle is that u could change your career path once you get an additional academic qualification. I know two people in Nestle that came in as Secretaries but are now Human Resources Officers. There is another who came in as a Sales Rep. but has now bn moved to the Management Accounts Dept. Their Salary too isnt bad.

Though I know very little abt Oceanic Bank. But I can tell that Nestle has a lot more to offer u.

If u stay 4 abt 2 to 4 years, u wld earn promotion along the way and then u can move to the Oil and Gas or Telecoms Industry. AL D BEST!

Irrespective of your discipline i think nestle will be a better place for u
as a lady u will soon be thinking of getting married if u are not married yet.
@ nestle u will close on time. even if  oceanic pay more closing early will make up
for the money.
I wish u all the best as u make a wise decision.

 @eniola,

my dear Nestle is d bomb am in a manufacturing coy and i can say wtout mincing words that its far better than any bank. yr life, family and career is planned. its easy to move from nestle to any other sector. i ve got offers even from bank. but 4 where. i left a bank for my current position and sincerely speaking its unequal and unparallel. money is not everything. if yr life is well planned, the money will flow. take kia and enjoy yr nestle. oppotunity comes, but once.

best of luck!

Though i intend to work in abank but i f given that opportunity,i would go 4 nestle.

Hello,

Pls dont hesitate to go for the Nestle offer. The prospects of career growth is better than that of Oceanic Bank. But another perspective u ve to consider is your career objective. If u desire to develop a career in banking, u can go for oceanic and develop urself along that line.

Wishin u all the best.
