yes! I love cartoons. i'll continue to watch cartoons until I'm like a hundred years old. Ninja scrol is definitely cool. even with all the blood and gore. personally I think the Japanese cartoons are the best.
I also like some of the soft ones like Johnny Bravo. the guy is totally stoopid.

I enjoy cartoons a whole bunch, i had to show this thread to my roommates because i always hear "you are too old to be wasting time watching cartoons"  Its good to now people at home (naija) are watching cartoons.  The girls i stay with just came from naija 3 years ago and they way they talk you would think it is a sin back home to be watching cartoons.
Anyway my top 3 are family guy, simpsons, and the boondocks, but to be honest if na cartoon I go watch am, so any will do.

Oracle i am glad to see you have had a change of heart with respect to watching cartoons, because when I joined Nairaland last year and stated
that one of my hobbies included watching cartoons , you welcomed me with a post ending with "arent you too old to be watching cartoons?"
So welcome to the club!

@Yomflo

Get your facts right before you post incorrect info ! Cartoon Network did not make 60 Billion pounds in 2005 !!!!!

For your information, Cartoon Network is a subsidiary of Turner Broadcasting System, which is an arm of Time Warner, the owners of CNN.

In 2005, Time Warner had a total revenue of $43.6 Billion, (21.8 Billion Pounds), so how could Cartoon Network alone have a revenue of 60 Billion Pounds ($120 Billion), like you say ?

Also, you say that more people watch cartoon network than CNN ? That is wrong !! CNN has approximately 2 Billion audience impressions worldwide every day, while Cartoon Network has 90 million.

Having said that, i do enjoy watching SOME cartoons.

YOu Know what? Thanks a lot to MSY?This topic creator just thinks he can give us what we call FABLE and it's goon a go down our system like that? How can a dependent son make more than an independent Father and Brother combined. In case you are wondering, Cnn is the elder brother, Cartoon Network is the younger brother and time warner is the fathes. sorry the mother is the investors Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin. Msy, You are real man. Like i said before?i am the action cartoon fan and little comedy like tom and jerry

Cartoon is good. its not for kids alone.
However, cartoons are filled, these days, with passionate kisses by cartoon characters. This is not supposed to be for kids. For parents, sit with your kids and watch it with them so that you can, from time to time, cover their eyes during those adult scenes.

This thread makes me happy. Who says all cartoons are for Kids.

Make out time and watch:

1. The Flintsones
2. The Simpsons
3. TopCat

and you'll have a change of mind.

While you are at it, watch some episodes of Dexter's Lab, and Samurai Jack.

You can also visit www.channelfrederator.com to download loads of Toons from Indies who don't get a chance to screen on the major networks.

I loved Onegai Sensei (it helped my Japanese a lot and I used to practice on my friend's Japanese girlfriend every time they came around). I just found out there's a sequel -- Onegai Twins.

Jackie Chan Adventures is absolutely hilarious. Unfortunately, you can only get Season 1 on DVD. You have to tune in to Toonami to watch it and since I hate TV  Cry
