this could be because you have tried to enter the code more than 7 times,
The best way would be to get the phone hard-unlocked,
I'm sure for a small amount someone at computer village will gladly unlock the phone for you,

why dont u try switching off the phone for sometime and then turning it on.
If problem persist after doing that "Reset factory settings" (Dangerous)
