I wonder if Nigerian companies acknowledge these certifications. But I think ITIL is gaining recognition now. There was a CELTEL job advert which required it as a PLUS. I have also come across an OIL and GAS company that required it as well. If it you don't get to use it here, u might find yourself in other part of the world that yarns for it. GET YOURSELF PREPARED SO THAT WHEN YOUR TIME COMES IT WONT PASS YOU BY.

ITIL/PRINCE2 are both good qualifications and yes am a practioner and it's been good a couple of coys in Nigeria uses PRINCE2 and ITIL i.e MTN, Celtel, UBA, Oceanic just to name a few. Go online and do your research. Besides do not always limit yourself to what is available or obtainable in Nigeria. The world is a Global village and I seen people get jobs in the diaspora , with the right qualification
