I don't think anything is wrong with you dearie. I don't think you're pregnant either, that should take a longer time to manifest, but you could go for a pregnancy test (i strongly doubt its the issue) I just think your body was introduced to a new feeling, thats all. All bodies are different and differ, some have sex for the first time and are just fine, some start getting some weired feelings and some sense some unusual strange changes in their bodies after a day or two. Its just nature taking its course, while some will have sex for the first time and think its the best thing on planet earth, some will come out of it feeling terrible, some will say "is this the famous sex, wasn't even worth it at all" . . thats sex for you. And atimes you have to get used to it to start enjoying it or to get your body to adapt. Sex is not a sickness dear, so apart from pregnancy, such symptons after a day might just be due to changes. And you said it was your first time, so i predict its only natural  (but do go for a pregnancy check up though, just to be 120% sure)!! |

Your body most likely experienced some chemical discharged for the first time that might have resulted to this after-effect. Besides, it could just be the feelings of the experience; was the sex a trauma for you, were you physically or psychologically prepared for it, was it a pleasurable feelings?
However it might have been, your mind and body has just experienced a new development and has been transformed with a new experienced, therefore, it's most likely that you'D not experience such feeling should you engage in sex next time.
