Please I Need Advice In Buying A Phone

Please I  need help in getting a phone. I want to buy a good phone but I dont want a Nokia Phone this time as I have used nokia all my life.I would want something different like samsung or sony Ericsson.
I would like it to have the following features.(in laymans language)
1.  camera
2. can recieve and send music
3. can contain many text messages
4. non-flip/portable/flat
5. can record conversation
6. can download (stuff like bible, dictionary)
Thats about all the features I can remember for now. Please I would  also like to have an Idea of the prices (Naira)Thankyou
