Help.Wifi on Dell latitude c840

Hi mates.I hav a dell latitude with a stacked type 2 pc card slot,built in 802.11 wireless networking on a mini pci card,integrated 56 kbps modem and a 10/100 mbps ethernet connectivity.I don't think it has a pcmia card or built-in wifi.Thing is i stay around a wifi hotspot in lag.Please what do i need to add to be able to connect via wifi.
