I don't even know why celtel decided to stop thier free MMS at least I now discovered MTN's MMS is free but can it deliver to e-mails?

Is any one really sure that celtels MMS delivers to e-mails and do I need to subscribe for it by sending mmsgprs to +232 because it appears mine is not working even though my WAP is working but not free or maybe because when they stopped it and I reactivated my line for Access WAP in June, I didn't subscribe for MMS because I was not sure it was working pls if one is absolutely sure state here so dat I can try and activate my line

I know it sends to d unactivated line but they can not get d content of d msg only signals dat an MMS has been rcvd

It appears celtels MMS is back but let me first get my phone in order because I know my phone supports MMS (sending and recieving pictures and animations but not sounds)
