When are our youths going to move this country forward? Who cares if an actor/actress is not fluent in a foreign language? We should judge an actor/actress by their acting skills not how fluent they are in foreign languages. The president of the most powerful nation on earth has English as his first language, but has a problem expressing himself in his mother tongue.
An important discourse would have been "which female actress has hairy armpits" now that gets my goat.

The Nigerian actor that speaks the best English is definitely RMD.
If I score him 95%, The next person after him scores 70.
I also agree that Olu and Joke talk well and also Bimbo Akintola.Liz Benson talks very well too.
As for those that mentioned Jim Iyke and Dakore, we are not talking about fake accent here.

My concern here is how do you judge what you really don't know? are we talking of diction or just ratling in a fake american ascent like Jim Iyke and most other actors/actresses mentioned here. How many people in Nigeria can actually speak good english, I mean good english not fake phonetics. Now you see it can be difficult to get an accurate assessment here too.
For all its worth (as I am also part of the Nigerian multitude), I think Olu and Joke Jacobs, Pete Edochie, the young chap who did Living in Bondage, Lanre Balogun, Bob Manuel and a few others are quite sound.
