Rents in Ib are ridiculously cheap. A three bedroom flats goes for as low as 40k in most areas. A duplex (5 bedroom) even at Bodija and Oluyole is about 120k. I still can't believe it.

Haven spent last week in Ibadan, I've reckoned the better option would be commuting from Lagos as required.

I don't live in IB sorry and am not an agent so i wont be able to help. Sorry bout that. But you could get an agent. I know for a fact that houses are very very very very cheap (compared to Lagos ) in Ibadan
