i just had this done for free, from a site and i think they are still doing free designs and effects for anyone who send a guy name or what ever, the design will be pasted on the site after creation, or snt straight to your email.
i tought you were a "tricky" individual till i tried it out myself, the site is kind of slow sometimes, and still rather "unpopulated" so to say but he gets the job done.
