an architectural company with emphasis on retail-commercial type projects, while establishing and consolidating its northern presence, seeks to engage the services of the following personnel.

Interested applicant should possess the following qualification and will be responsible for:

A. DRAFTSMAN (Ref. DM 1)
Qualification & Experience
- A very good first degree in a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in producing construction documents.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be proficient in CorelDraw and AutoCad 2004 or 2005.
- Experience in, and knowledge of the construction & building industry will be an advantage
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.

B. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Ref. QS 1)
Qualification & Experience
- A very good first degree in a related discipline. 
- A professional membership will be an added advantage
- At least 7-10 years of relevant high quality relevant industry experience.
- Experience in, and knowledge of the construction & building industry will be an advantage
- Strong cost and project management skills
- Very good grasp of industry issues & challenges
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrable confidence
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to maximise value of numerous contracts and be fully conversant with related methods of measurement, forms of contract, re-measure and plan/spec bids.
- Expected to meet strict valuation deadlines to ensure optimum cash flow and be computer literate.
