1. what is the procedure for creation of new users in the network?
2.How to deploy enhanced Microsoft Office communicator to identified users bankwide
3. Automated deployment of Windows XP using windows depolyment tool (RIPREP)
4. Automated deployment of Windows XP desktops using Norton Ghost Software
5. Email password Policy for a bank
6.Preparing File Server and a backup policy for it.
7.Preparing a test Lab and implemement Exchange 2003
8.How to deploy enhanced Microsoft Office communicator to identified users bankwide
9.Prepare a test lab and implement EPO
10. computer naming convention and maintainance in an organisation.
11.Single domain deployment bankwide

You ought to direct the problem statement at yourself, not everyone sees it as a problem.
Na wa o? All these problems! Sounds like you were asked to come up with a "proof of concept" stuff for a bank.

Well, from what you requested, only 3 & 4 have a "somewhat" standard procedure. The others(those including Policies) are dependent on the requirements of the Bank/organization you are implementing it for. A proper documentation for these comes with the software when you download it from Windows site.
