Please I need help on downloading.
Anytime I try downloading a program either from a website or a disk, my system suddenly restarts and I am unable to do the download.
Please what do I do,

Do you get any error message(Blue Screen Of Death), or does the system simply just zaps off?

Thanks for the response,
Well, I discovered the cause of the problem when I updated my MCafee anti virus,
It was one yeye virus that was disturbing me,
I'm over it now.

Man that is Brontok or Rontokbr very notorious worm i will advise u get either AVG, AVAST or AVIRA or KASPERSKY or those small antivirus they work better than those with big names i am talking from experience. congratulations and goodluck  |
