Internet Access Prblm

I use a Nokia 3230, Celtel gprs doesn't seem 2 hav a web apn,so wap.ng.celtel.com shld work fine(it worked on my old phone). . .I've got the best applications on my smartphone,in fact it is 'pimped' :-D .My only prblm is connecting them to the net,which seems impossiblePlease someone help me! Wht shld i do? if they truly hav a web apn,please mail me  yaroboy2k7@yahoo.com thx in advance.
