No it's not! it's a terrible, terrible, horrible deal and you should rightly feel foolish for wasting money if you go through with the deal.
don't buy a celeron laptop for more than 110/100K. i wouldnt even recommend u buy a celeron laptop anyway.
between, 100GB is pretty much standard fare in laptops nowadays, so don't let the seemingly big hdd space fool you. for 150k you can buy a powerful Core Duo with a dedicated 3D Gfx card, 1gb RAM and at least 100GB.

celeron for 150k no very bad deal, 150k i can get u dual core due toshiba or PB even HP.

Go for a Pentium M; it doesn't even have to be dual core. But you can get dual core laptops for that price.
