My System Cannot Run .exe Files

After formatting my system i found out that i cannot install any program on the computer.i tried setting the value of my .exe in the registry to "%1" %* but it is still giving same problems.I will greatly appreciate ur contribution.

most likely its a virus. install a better antivirus and update it then scan your system.
at times depending on the damage, you might need to reformat the system
i will advice you use either kaspersky antivirus or avast
