Dear Nairalanders, between OBJ, IBB and Abacha, who was the most vindictive?
Lets compare the number of people detained without trial or denied justice in their various regimes before making inference.

Obasanjo made a few blunders and probably felt guilty, Babangida consistently ignored his conscience while delivering eloquent televised appeals for understanding, but ABACHA's bony cranium never held a shred of conscience as he gleefully killed and stole on an industrial scale while plucking 20-dollar Indian whores flown in on presidential jets, a hobby which ultimately sent him to hell.
