Korea DPR  0     vs   Panana 0

Argentina and Czech Grin was the  match i watch live Grin i kept seeing lots of messi, tevez and saviola in that team, they looked like midgets Grin they   are very fast with the ball, they dominated the match but missed half their chances, the Czech had  (Peter Cech) Jnr Grin they had good chances but they also squandered them Grin

they also had a goalless draw Cheesy

Zambia 1 - 1 Jordan

like the analyst on TV said lat night, the Zambians played "primitive football" and i totally agree! 1 goal barely 10 mins into the game and the opposition is 1 man down and you're are running all around the pitch in a mad senseless frenzy like headless chickens  Huh i just didn't get it - i kept asking myself "who should be chasing this game?"

I think the Gambians play a whole lot better than Nigeria and Zambia; they've been together for a pretty long time that team and show a high level of cohesion and understanding !

say whats the Argentina time like, anybody have a clue  Huh

we would have to wait and see.

their 1st game would either MAKE or MAR them. because right now most foreign sides know nothing about them.

 @viee
if gambia is amateurish how then would you rate the naija side that played this morning

you're right but that was Under-17; over 3yrs ago - now i think they'll be a little' better now. guess it just boils down to the opposition they're playing but i'd really be disappointed in 'em if they held the advantage like Zambia did and then fluffed it !

@ Mukina2,

g'imme your b/f's shirt no. so i could look out for him  Grin
there are some Gambian folks living in my compund and if they win, they'll give me quite an earful later in the day c'os i always tease 'em about Gambia's lack of participation in football !

i hope they do well at least for mukinas sake

jeje, what I'm sayn is that between Nigeria and Zambia
Nigeria played better game
this African teams always play fancy game and seem to forget where the post is situated Sad
they will have the possesn and mi field
yet one counter attack exposes them

i just hope Gambia will make my night worthwhile Wink

personally, i don't give a hoot if its the aborigines of Australia, barbarians of Europe or San Bushmen of East Afrique that are playing; i just w'anna watch football - why do they have to restrict our viewership to just the African nations who ain't even giving us any joy sef  Angry

then they'll complain about DsTV; at least you'll watch most of the matches - we've got this stupid-ass HiTV at home and all they show is Real Madrid vs Mallorca/Gimnastic vs Barca every single night like we don't already know how it all ended --- no COPA, no U-21, no high-lites, not even the friggin' scores of the matches  Angry  Angry  Angry
