brasil 3 korea 2. the koreans were better.

watched only the first half of that match but from what i saw gots no options but to agree only probs with the koreans is their play in the final 3rd of the field - gots to be more clinical than that !

USA vs POLAND

well, the poles were brought back down to earth with a massive "THUMP".
good play by the US; forward men drifting wide made 'em hard to track, midfielders closed down their ranks well on the back-foot and all the black players in that squad are very, very good.
my man of the match though was the Polish born Sveketela  Undecided or something like that still pretty much at a loss figuring out where he plays c'os he's deep in midfield most times and b'4 you blink he's in the din - i just love his mobility !

they had better go beyond midfeild theatrics and bang in d goals.

don't know how they do it over there in Banjul but here when we're watching a match the TV guys scroll this message that reads something like "next match is Scotland - Nigeria 3:45 am" - no indication of the day.
i was watching Brazil vs Korea when the message splashed across the screen; that was around 11pm - now the normal assumption would be that the next match will come immediately after the one currently being played not 24hrs after !

what's up with that system  Huh

Thank God that our Flying Eagles have now qualified for the second round by defeating Scotland by 2 goals to Nil, courtesy of two second half goals scored by Ezekiel Bala.
What are your own views about this match compared to that of Costa Rica? Kindly share your views.
For me, I expected more from Ideye Brown, but I think there was a change in the position he played, so that might be the reason why he didn't get more chances like he did in the match against Costa Rica.
