lolsomeone is seriously comparing corruption in the nigerian government with that in the US government.

geton. . . let me tell you something.

I am an average person.  If my government steals $10billion, provides me with food, water, electricity, education, everything I want with the opportunity for me to get more if i work hard and study, I am happy.  I will not like the corruption, I will try and stop it, but I will be happy.

On the other hand, if my government steals all that, then tells me it has no money to feed me, give me water, maintain stable electricity (though it is able to do so for foreign nations to which it sells this selfsame electricity), give me an eduation that is useful, and provides little hope for me in terms of working hard and improving my situation, I will hate it with a passion.

That is the difference between corrupt nigerian government and corrupt american government.  Even with the corruption here, the majority of the population is not below the poverty line (in the united states).  On the other hand,  the situation reversed in nigeria, where 98+% of the population is below poverty.

There is little basis for objective comparison between the two.  No matter what is wrong with the USA now, it is still a much better place than Nigeria is at the moment.

I'm not saying I don't plan on trying to change that, but these are the facts, and I can understand a person being overwhelmed with having to deal with life in Nigeria.

Sorry Guys,

I have been away all this while but am back to ask more question, hey guys, why do we keep thinking as  low as it was in the  olding ages or days.

Listen we don't have to keep waiting for General Olusegun to fix all things before we can make a change,  better still let me ask you guys this question why is it that if we ask Nigerians to do some thing for free they will  all cry and shut as if there is not something bad in it,  Listen if you really want your children children to enjoy this Nigeria in the later time it is time for you to accept hunger and make food out for the next generation which our fore fathers did for us all.

My point is that i want you all to stop given excusses and let just focus on one thing and try as much as we can to bring it out for free and let people benefit from it and  it will make change to their lifes. I have discover one sickness Nigerians has is lack of or poor management,  We are good at setting plans and thing but can not manage it. so therefore my fellow programmers let come together and do something made in Nigerian like come up some cool which will enable us to at least be self dependant and independent not wati until america banks approves it or someone else aprrove we have to fight for it to stay.

Thanks Guy i am ready for anything and i can travel for it if it is something reasonable and that can make Nigeria a home my home your fathers home and your mothers home.

Ask your self things question how long will you keep runing?

Wel4real is Geton.
