I haven't really ever tried Nigerian food really but I would very much like too.  Usually I just eat the usual fast food diet for lunch: Pizza, Burger, fries, stuff like that.  I'm kinda tired of it, but if I use pizza coupons and get a discount then I don't mind as much because I don't have to spend quite so much money.

How long have u been in yankee, no offense oh, but when people just arrive, the fast junk food shacks a lot and till they start to miss Nija and start looking for Nija joints or where to buy the food stuff to cook it.
So take your time.

From my eyes, Nigerians restaurants/local stores are not plentiful in NY.  I see Ethiopians (alot), Ghanians, Egyptians.  I've noticed a lot of Jamaican stores are selling Nigerian "raw" food like palm oil, egusi, corn etc.  I actually went into this Jamiacan store thinking it was an African store because almost everything in it are African products. Undecided
