What Do You Do When The Bulls Are Turning To Sheeps?

I just need your imputs on this, please this is for those that INVEST and those willing to become investors.

You can kindly analys your input on this: '' I am standing on the fact that Mutual funds are the best saving grace when the market is down/coming down'' because u wont be hit as bad as when you're directly in the market.
