Weave, my natural hair is short and takes the piss to fix, but with a weave on I don't even have to brush it at all so I can go out lookin like a sane mad person. If I attempted to do that with my natural hair by not brushing it? dreaklocks it is Smiley

I hate weave, maybe because I have a very sensitive scalp, so whenever I use any fake hair, my head itch and I start scratching like a mad woman.

hmm, so far, i've never had a weave, only braided extensions.

im biracial, so my hair is kind of kind to me, when its not busy being ultra frizzy, its long and i just get it blowdried, i relax it as well, if i don't, id prolly be bald from tearing it out when combing it.and its pretty long as well, so, it can copete with a weave!!

considering getting a weave in soonish though, a short one, a la rihanna in umberella and shut up and drive, that hairdo is tha ish!!but i can't cut my hair because of it, and my hair wont even stay, it will just puff up,

love my own hair though, love it!

I have had relaxed, weaved hair.  But I can say that I prefer natural hair, it's so much easier to manage.  When I became natural before I started my locking journey all I had to do was comb and moisturize my hair.  And it was about 2 inches then.  I can say I really loved it.
Now I am in the process of locking my hair I have to do is go get it tightened every 4 weeks.  Kinda like someone with a relaxer would go get a touchup.
Here are some pics of what you can do with locked hair, it's very beautiful.

Hmmmmm and I always thought you had to have a special kind of bone stucture to pull off curly, kinky, hair.  I was wrong.

Question how many of you who are anti-natural, have actually had natural hair?  And if so how long?
You have to learn how manage your hair again, it's a completely new texture.

well, I like my natural hair but I prefer weaves because they make me look my age. When I am on my natural hair, I look like one teenager and I do not like it.

Why do people keep asking me this???  I'm hiding, ok?  My worst fear is that someone I know discovers my posts!

I'm not far from you, though.
