Accent That Fascinates Or Annoys You?

I can't stand the Igbo, Scouse, Aussie and  Cockney Accents, as well as the American Southern drawl.

I love the British Received Pronounciation accent. Blooming Marvelous

i remeber when i went to Nigeria people were askin me to pronounce some words and for some reason they found  it funny and entertaining, i think british accent rules anytime brap brap lol

all nigerian accents are horrible.

I love yoruba accents especially ibadan accents,they are just too sweet "KUSIN SIA" {CUSHION CHAIR}"SO O SUO{THE SHOW IS NOT SURE}"ERAN SIKEN"{CHICKEN MEAT}

Come to think of it, Gay guys seem to have a distinct accent. They tend to speak like they have sugar or honey in their mouth. Who concurs with me?

Why is everyone here discussing foreign accents? We are Nigerians and this site should be for Nigerians. Lets discuss Nigerian. And not try to pretend.

I love Everthing Nigerian we've all got accents irrespective of where we come from. It shows the dominant tones.

Edo, Hausa, Fulani, Yourba with all the variants, Igbo, Calabar, Waffi Ijaw, Ilaje, Tiv, Birom, Urhobo and Igala.

Thats food for discussion.

Even though Ghana and Nigeria are of British colony, I noticed we pronounced words differently apart from the accent.  Like instead of HER, they will say HEH, instead of PURSE, they will say PERSE. My Ghanian friend always laugh at me that Nigerians don't know how to speak the Queen's English.

I find all accents both annoyin' and fascinatin'. Naija accent, i don't find annoyin' rather amusin'. some of naija's accents sound funny. lol. Jamaican accent is kind of cool but annoyin' at d same time. I like d way sean paul sings fast with d accent.american accent, i like some black people's accent. the southern accent is mad funny smtimes.some white people's accent is cool while some are just disgustin'. British accent is mad funny. OMG. tok! lol. oh and spanish accents (DR and PR), mad funny though some people think it's romantic. i just think it's funny.they talk mad fast and prolong their "r". and french accent is annoyin' too. I took french class and we had to listen to one of 'em cds in which we learn how french people conversate with each other. damn, i swear if i they were talkin' to u face-toface, they'D spray spit all over u 'cause of d way they exaggerate their sounds. we're always crackin' up in class when our teacher plays them cds. abeg, "say it, don't spray it", like i always say. basically, i find all accents amusin'.

proberbly the worst foriegn accents to me are Australian, Newzealand, and Indian.

some of the Yoruba accents are absolutely hilarious. have u ever liostened to someone from Ilorin speak? or typical Ibadan, Oye pips,

oh! and how can i forget the rich and vibrant Igbo Accent? 

Love the British accent. The southern accent from the US most especially those from Oklahoma, North and South Carolina and Mississippi makes you want to puke. And guess what,  those are the real racist ones. Remember Bush from Texas, yeah you know whom I am talking about. Mr "DECIDER" the "SUBLIMINABLES".
