Does anyone have an idea how to send wire transfer oversea from Nigeria, please i need to know which bank can do this, because am usin oceanic bank.

Almost every bank in Nigeria does this. For some of them, you need to have a domiciliary account which you would use to transfer the cash.
Or if you don't, you could meet someone who has a domiciliary account and make payments through him/her.
So, talk to your bank. It's so easy to do it.

Hello,
I tried to open a domiciliary account with Oceanic bank but i was told that i can only open a saving domiciliary, and i want to send out money oversea and be able to receive money oversea aswell, please i will like to know if it is possible for me send JUST wire transfer oversea from nigeria.

Depends on what country,if itz d states ,use uba if itz england ,use zenith or 1st bank.u av 2 open a domicillary acc.i opened 1 wit uba.all da best.
