Flash Tutor

Are you interested in flash (the IDE) or more actionscript? If the latter, do you already program? If so I have some good books that might help you in AS3
Flash is really easy if you put your heart to it, when I started years ago I used alot of tutorials www.flashkit.com is a good place to start.

What version of flash do you have? I use CS3 mainly but I suggest a minimum of flash 8.
