Hi I have a friend who needs a two bedroom flat in Ikoyi or V.Island urgently. He is ready to pay for 1 year and depending on how nice the flat is probably longer (2 years or more). He needs it urgently so I would appreciate if anyone could get back to me as soon as possible.

I forgotten the name of the Area behind Palms, I wouldnt like that area.
But anywhere in the normal victoria Island side. Near mega plaza, around sanusi fafunwa. Anywhere in VI really.

400K for a two bedroom in Ikoyi/VI? Mate, for that amount, you're most likely to get a BQ than a flat, especially now that the 1004 and all the other government owned property have been sold off.
