My Edited Films Have Funny Stuff Round The Cast

Please can any one help me out ?,I am an editor (not so good,Upcoming) for now i use ulead video studeo, My videos are not always so sharp at is seen on TV`s and other films, Especially around humans in the videos.Please i would be gratefull if any one can me tips on what to do.    Also please does any one have Adobe Primiere,After effects, DVD Tutorials for sale?.Or if u rather help me out generously i will for ever be gratefull.my mail is  soul2jah@yahoo.com

The first thing that comes to mind is the quality of original footage.
Remember the old saying 'garbage in, garbage out' if the original source is below par there is no magic that will ressurect it.
Check that a a starting point, secondly your mail is a bit vague on what kind of editing you are performing to the footage. If the quality is good coming in then you are definately doing something in the editing process which is destructive.
These are the two possible causes of poor output, opps thirdly, afte compositing there is also the possiblity of output quality errors which may also occur when the footage is being digitised depending on what particular process or workflow you use.

Make sure your imported footages are good and clear. export as an AVI file (also called movie file) in short export as movie don't export as MPEG 1 (VCD) then burn as a DVD don't burn VCD. VCD quality is not good. you can use NERO to burn DVD. if you need more info contact me bishopdetok@yahoo.com
