Max_Divine,
I feel you.Only very few young people know this.

Lagoseko,
I'm sorry if my response dampened your spirit. My cousin works with SpringBank so what I said is not far from the the truth. The 120k you talked about might be the average monthly take home.I.e your anual divided by 12months.Springbank is not among the highest paying banks.Even Oceanicbank which until recently used to be the highest pays trainees little above 90k as take home though their annual is N2.2m.Note the difference between monthly take home and annual my dear.

i think you people are mixing things up with this entry level stuff and you need to get a better understanding.the amount you people are mentioning for entry level is outrageous.i work with oceanic bank as a permanent staff not contract o and i dont receive the kind of money you people are just mentioning anyhow or does it mean all these banks pay more than oceanic. Please get facts b4 u talk and please dont let armed robbers be chasing us up and down o

Y all these inconsistencies in pay.Why the lies. I got two Sisters in the Industry. One in GTB, the other in Zenith. I Know their take home. Why all these inflation. To impress who? Shocked

I wonder why we are never true and straight forward. Is that why the train of the nation is heading no where?

i don't approve of this question at all
Some are just here to know how much their friends earn or
their neighbours and if you get the wrong info you will be rating
the person higher than he/she actually is.
Please seun look into this thread, if you applied for a bank job wait for the
offer letter is not all about the pay.
i know of a friend that started with First bank he was disappointed until the changed their pay
scheme and now his ok with the bank.
