Majority Of The Yoruba Men Are So So Lousy Why?

this is quite a mystery because their mouth never keeps running,  10% are quite civilized but the lousy ones know themselves.especially the lagos island " guys" ,

The thing that annoys me most is that some of them talk too loud and always seems to be swearing, the other day i came across a yoruba dude answering his cell phone,  people had to go out of the shop because of his noise.
But some of them can be extra nice sha (talking from experience )
