@Ruudie
which place in Hadeija did you serve?

I served in Hadejia town itself, worked in the LG secretariat. . . . .  not a member of any of the Christian fellowships but had quite a no. of pals in 'em all.
stayed in the same crib that housed the "Papa" of RCCF back then. . .  where did u serve ?

I was only ever able to visit dutse 3ice b'4 POP in our time. . . . cool place, but i'D never have traded it 4 Hadejia anyday. HADEJIA ROCKED. . . .  small town with plenty kopas, so we were always bumping into each other and making life very bearable 4 ourselves; there was a time i even completely 4got about home  Grin

I think Jigawa's proximity to Kano helped a lot of u s survive there. . . .  almost every wkend, boys go jet out to Kano, come back the following week. . . . .  looking back now, it was hard; but i loved every second of it and i'D love to go back there c'uz i've got folks back there who would love to have me back!

@Ruudie
i didnt have the opportunity of visiting hadeija but right from camp i heard that the place was ok,  but i don't think it would have been better than dutse,corpers in dutse really felt at home with each other,parties were organized for corp members by colleagues, so if you really forgot home while in hadeija then i bet it would have been much better if you were in dutse.
