and also if you reside in abuja. you can get my contacts from the above posting.

thanks for your enquiry. i would be posting some properties soon, just have a look and feel free to contact me at your choice time.

evept

you asked for detached bungalow in a seren and good location. there are couples of detached 3 b/r @zone 1,7 and 6 that i know of within the range of 23-30 million naira.

as for the 3/4 bedroom duplex- there are some in a terrace form and some exclusively on there own. in a good area like phase one of abuja. we ve 3&4 b/r terrace duplex + 1 room BQ each @ademola adetokunbo cresent wuse2 - 40 &45million naira. the other 4 b/r duplex + 2rooms guest chalet, interlocking compound, standby gen, borehole @zone4 is 65million naira

but i can intensify on my search and let u knw the outcoming in my coming posting.

please stay intune and thanks for reposing your confidence in me.

@ hakir
My mum is a chief accountant in one of the ministries in abuja. And she got her mortgage sorted by aso savings. I told her i will like to purchase a semi detached or detached 2bedroom duplex within garki, maitama or wuse of price range:6million-12million. But if possible to get a mortgage on that, woun't mind. If you could help me get for sale as well a 3 bedroom flat in somthing like oau quaters maitama for 3-4million naira. I would'nt mind at all. Thanks

re hakir!
i could see you previously posted some 3 bedroom flats for sale in zone2,7 for 6and 7million respectively. If i could just lay my hands on one selling for 4million. Thats it, i will pay outright/straight away. Because i want to use it as a stepping stone in climbing unto the property ladder in abuja. I will then rent it out. Rental income seems enormous in Abuja.
rmous in Abuja.

hi seun

the posting u refer to was in july and sincerely u can't get a 3 bedroom flat for that amount. instead u should looking at #8m and above for the flat.

presently 2 bedroom flat goes from 6m upwards.

in respect to mortgage facility, u can approach any of the mortgage institution for clarification on there proceeding.

if u will like a terrace duplex either 2 or 3 bedroom let me know

thanks

@ hakir,
I am still on the binge of gathering funds for purchase of land at kuje. Is it really very slow for allocating houses that are under mortgage under aso savings. Because my cousin had paid their 10percent and have been waiting on the list for over 1 and half years now. They tell her that the building just needs finishing touches. Does it takes this long?
