Guy when did you change your tooth brush last.
I found out that it is comon in nigeria that people use their tooth brushes for more than six months.
I don't think its because its expensive, but i think the problem is that its too cheap for us to always remember to buy it.
Like me somtimes i use my tooth brush for more than 4 months before i remember to by a new tooth brush.
Tooth brushes are very difficult to remember to buy even if one goes for shopping.
Who agrees with me here

me i have made it a habit to change my brush monthly ohhhh,i hardly forget, because whenever i go to shop in the mall, i usually buy my tooth brushes in bulk. the dentist has explained why its neccessary. and my mum instilled it into us. she use to flog us then. lol  . |

The bristle ends become worn and may cause damage to gums and teeth.
Bacteria can build up on the brush head.
Splayed bristles don't clean effectively.

Twice a month. One for day time and one for night time--Throw both away at the first of every month like a ritual. Dental floss once a week to prevent bleeding from sensitive gums other wise once in 3 days if you brush twice a day like some of us!  |
