Mid cycle pain is experienced by 30% of women.Even in those who do,the intensity varies from month to month.Analgesics(NSAIDS) and antimotility agents are useful.Mittlesmersh(midcycle pain) is caused by irritation of the tissues(peritoneum) around the ovaries by little blood that comes out with release of an egg(ova). If,however, the pain is severe consult your dr.! Cool

Paracetamol will do the trick.

But at times, if the pain is unbearable, it may be that you have what we call endometriosis, a condition which can me contolled by medical procedures.

Endometriosis will most likely cause pain during menstruation not ovulation. If paracetamol cannot stop d pain, piroxicam caps or ibuprofen tabs will do.Have fun! Cool Cool
