Please Your Advice

Hi Nairalanders,
                         Please I need your priceless advice.
                     I am currently working in the Investment Banking arm of a bank ( StockBroking department) and i just got an offer from a Consulting firm ranked among the big fours in the industry internationaly.
             I love to do any of these two,because i know i can fit in anywhere.
            Looking at the pay structure, the pay from my present job is higher than what i will get in the consulting firm.
            Please I need your advice on what to do, as this will help me in making the right decision.
