Tibalism In Banks

I would not know why a lady(banker) who have to act so low, this way, A customer walked up to you in your office(spring bank),oshodi branch, @ the customer care desk, she nquired about her balance and you did answer her  but she was confused as to her balance so argument started between the 2 parties,the woman happen to be yoruba and my sister @ the customer desk a deltan(ibo), started complaining is it because i am not yoruba, A corporate banker, Huh??
it took another banker to resolve the matter

It's a shame if this really happened. I think Nigerians should find a way of detribalizing their minds especially when dealing with the public. It goes for all tribes.
