hi their is no comaprison to mary kay eventone cream, it is FAR better this is the best type of whitening cream you can get on the marketss overseas, thats how people in canada and other western countries maintain their white complexsions, this cream is permanent so you wonts have to use it as much and eventually you wont have to use it at all, this cream kills the skin cells that produce color so you will have a natural high yellow or white color skin tone. you can always email me if you have any other questions agiboma@gmail.combye for now agi

I am also waiting for Godiva, she seems to know what she is talking about.Suncreen is paramount in skin care. I amĀ confused with the range of Clarins products, which of them is recommended for Nigerian residents? I am presenlty on holiday in the UK, I got confused after seeing all the Clarins products on display in Boots and Dubai airports.
So ladies, please help out.
I should also let you know that someone mentioned 'Secret oil' on another thread, I do not know much about it though but it has an SPF of 15 so you may want to try it.

hi ladies
I regards to sun screen for nigerians, i would suggest a sunscreen with spf 35 ++ the highest sunscreen you can buy on the market is spf 60 and i have not seen any sun screen products in Nigeria that is why i buy mine in Canada,. For those that are unaware of the benefits of sunscreen it basically prevents the sun from penetrating the skin and making it darker.
So if you are fair and want to remain that way you should but on sunscreen daily or whenever you are going to be exposed to the suns ultra violet rays. Its hard to get any cosmetic that has such high spf as 35+ most of the cosmetics in canada and uk come with a standard 15 or 25 spf. So if you want added protection you can buy coppertone sunscreen or any other name brand, the only problem is that if you are applying makeup it may not go on so smooth.
Another option is to buy a spray on sunscreen which is what i currently use and its spf 55 so i am getting the maximum protection.
I am glad to see that you ladies are looking out for the health and wellfair of your skin. Sunscreen is great it prevents burns. darkening of the skin and also skin cancer due to overexposure to the suns ultra violet rays.
best regards, agi

Hi All,
I think Charisma Glow is good, you just have to follow the instructions to get best result. It's strictly a night cream and usage during the day should be avoided.
Cheers!

To your second question, just look for a good moisturizer preferably for dry skin for your body cos most of those lightening creams tend to dry out the skin & a good face lotion with spf, u can try brands like olay, neutrogena, they tend to be budget friendly! My comment on the Charisma glow: I used it a couple of yrs back & i ddnt like it, it DOESNT give u an even complexion, as least not me but one good thing is the oil that comes with the cream, it gives a nice glow but the cream a BIG NO! NO! im not even certain the owners of charisma glow know the content of their product, according to them its supposed to even out skin discoloration. pigmentation & skin irregularities watever that means but it ddnt leave up to its claims, it just lightens the skin & leaves u with uneven skintone, it might not ve the same effect on u, but i would never recommend it to anyone.

Yikes! Bleaching cream?! What's going on here? Even if I was darker than night I'd like to think I wouldn't be so bothered by it I'd want to lighten up. *** I'm very light skinned so maybe I just don't get the big deal with bleaching creams. I also don't use spf 'cause I think it clogs the skin and frankly I do need those rays from the sun. It's not as if I'm out there baking myself all day in the sun. Besides I like my vitamin D straight up. As for skin care and treatment (I have really nice skin) the best products I've found and use faithfully are: Roka Treatment Black soap (made by a minister in Nigeria). This black soap is the best stuff I've ever used and is so wonderful for my skin, I have no problem rinsing off black suds after every shower. The last time I visited Nigeria I bought enough to last me a year it's that good. I'm hoping to become an exclusive distributor for it here in the united states. In addition to the black soap, I use shea butter. Good old shea butter , and that ladies and gents are the only beauty products I use. Oh yeah , and traditional sponge or the loofah stuff. I don't wear make up 'cause I think it's ick. Believe me for all your skin woes, I highly recommend the Roka treatment black soap. Contact me by email if you want to know more about it.

first let me apologise cos i know this is coming very late, i just told u my experience with the product! i think your best bet is to go to a spa, most of them have skin brightening creams that contain plant extracts though they tend to be slower than most other types of lightening creams that are harsh and do damage the skin, so u can try any of the spas though they dont come cheap! u might be thinking but charisma is a spa too, i have tried their cream & it wasnt nice, even my friend had the same experience but like i said in my earlier post their oil is very good!!!! if ure on a tight budget just go to any beauty store that get their products directly from the uk, us, canada & tell them wat u what! u can try stores like goldtwinkles, katriel, yinka bodyline, fucksionals ! let me know ok! and if your budget isnt a tight one, i ve some places i know u can try out!
