Download any audio/video coverter, Xilisoft 3gp coverter is a good one that lets u convert any thing tu a good number of formats including mp3 pro. Or rather, u can try the father of all; Nero Burning Rom if you have a good internet connection. To get the software; Gizoogle it, check www.filehippo.com or use a torrent.

Guy! Turrent is a little too advance for you,why don't u try ARESULTRA with it u can even download turrent file. A wma file written protected? Are u sure u æ not hidding something ,it only a porn video from turrent are protected you have to download its codec. Whenever u want to download an mp3 file make sure its really an mp3 file.to converte wma to mp3 go to www.download.com find what u want.

the files are DRM protected .this probably means they were ripped using windows media player with the 'protect files ' option . this actually happened to me a few years back.i didn't even realise my files were protected till i formatted my system.then, when i tried to play them on my reinstalled windows, no dice!
you have to connect to the internet before you can play them.try playing the file with wmp, after which a license will be downloaded to your system. then you can play them on your system.if you're unlucky, you'll get a message stating 'this license has been downloaded 10 times'.
to convert them try tunebite.its an app that dubs the tracks to MP3.you will need the crack though.
in my experience, you cannot convert DRm protected files using standard file conversion apps. of course, that may have changed.
you can also type 'drm buster' into google.this will link you with apps that can break drm protection.
