Okonjo Iweala To Refund #205million Naira Excess Salary Payment, Your Views

HI NAIRALANDERS,
The court has rulled that the two ministers that had thir salaries paid to them by the former dictator(obasanjo) should  remit the dollar excess they were being overpaid. When i read this on pepers, i was highly elated not becuase the woman has been asked to refund the excesses but because of the fact that, paying salaries of public office holder in other currencies is not constitutional and had to be reversed regardless of the personality involved.
This is a major victory for our democracy!
  What is your comment on this rulling? Do you think that the woman should refung the money? if not why?
